The house in question had just closed that day but Roni offered to be our realtor and proceeded to give us recommendations/ referrals for good mortgage lenders so I could get pre-approved (I'm a first time homebuyer is zero knowledge or experience). Every one of her referrals have been top notch. I used referrals for home inspectors (Ron Howard Inspections- they are AMAZING), homeowners insurance, and mortgage lenders. And although the buying experience in overwhelming, I always felt as if I was in good hands and being taken care of.
What really set Roni apart was her work ethic. She continued to work and communicate with me during her 10 day vacation in Alaska. I mean, who else would be willing to do that?
